Dr. Robert King Dr. Robert King has a very specialized niche in Executive Enrichment®. After he earned a Doctorate of Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, Dr. King has been specializing in helping organizations through significant change by providing executive selection, development, and coaching. Dr. King brings to his clients' knowledge, skills, and abilities in behavioral change training in and outside of the organization.

Dr. Kathy LeMon Dr. Kathy LeMon is a licensed, clinical psychologist in private practice and the staff psychologist for Hammons Heart Institute in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. LeMon received her Doctorate of Psychology degree from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. A frequent presenter at national conferences, Dr. LeMon specializes in stress management, weight management, cardiac health, women's issues in the workplace and also team-presents with her husband, Dr. Cal LeMon, at marriage enrichment workshops for executive level management.
Dale McCoy Dale McCoy has spent 20 years in management, training, and organization development. After managing a multi-million dollar sales operation in Los Angeles, he gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Development Specialist with MCI, and as Training and Development Consultant for Southwest Missouri State University's Management Development Institute. Dale holds an array of professional certifications, and draws on a wealth of experience working with a wide range of clientele, from dot.com start-up companies to Fortune 50 giants and government organizations.
