“The 25 Hour Day”Time management is really self-management. This workshop takes an intrapersonal approach to managing one’s life. All of the time management notebooks, charts and PDA programs will never work unless there is an internal commitment to control the clock. Skills Presented: (1) How to disconnect the negative messages about time learned in childhood, (2) How to write a mission for one’s personal and professional life, (3) How to quickly establish goals for a year, month, week and day, (4) How to prioritize everything that is #1 for today, (5) How to make a “to do” list that does not lead to mental depression, (6) How to build an “accountability person” into a daily schedule and (7) How to manage time so well there is plenty of time for relaxation. |
