Dr. LeMon has just received his composite evaluation scores from his two presentations at the Society of Human Resource Management International Conference in New Orleans. Out of a possible score of 5.0, Dr. LeMon was rated 4.82 for his course, “Strategic Thinking Skills for the HR Professional” and 4.64 for “Skills for the HR Professional When Working with a Passive Leader.”

Over the past 18 months, Dr. LeMon has conducted an interactive leadership development training program at the largest John Deere dealership in North America, RDO Equipment, Fargo, North Dakota.

For the 22nd year, Dr. LeMon continues to provide corporate education and executive coaching services to El Paso Corporation, Houston, Texas.

Dr. LeMon has just returned from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he provided leadership development training and consulting work with El Paso Brazil. This is the third year Cal has been invited to make a contribution to the future of this growing company.

Dr. LeMon provided the opening keynote address for the 2009 American Academy of Family Physicians in Kansas City.

Dr. LeMon recently spent time on a functioning drilling rig outside of Roosevelt, Utah to gather firsthand illustrations for his leadership development curriculum with Newfield Exploration, Inc.
