How to Introduce Cal

The Washington, D.C. office of Society of Human Resource Management has designated our presenter, Dr. Cal LeMon, as “one of the ten best presenters in America today.”

Dr. LeMon, President of Executive Enrichment, Inc. in Springfield, Missouri, has developed an international reputation as a gifted presenter who knows how to engage the audience, use his totally unrehearsed sense of humor and then provide content which will challenge his listeners to change.

Cal’s active client list today includes Texas Instruments, Harley- Davidson, El Paso Corporation, Toyota, AT&T and John Deere.

After an acclaimed career in parish ministry which included five years as a Chaplain at Harvard University, Dr. LeMon accepted a senior faculty position with National Seminars Group. In 1993, Dr. LeMon started his own corporate education and consulting company, Executive Enrichment, Inc.

Dr. LeMon is the author of Assertiveness: Get What You Want Without Being Pushy and he has written for publications such as HR Magazine and Employment Relations Today. Cal also writes a monthly online journal, LeMonAide, with a present subscriber list of 9,000 eager readers. In addition, Dr. LeMon has been a frequent guest columnist on the Opinion Page of USA TODAY.

Cal and his wife, Kathy, a licensed clinical psychologist, have two daughters and their families, which include four grandsons.
