What We DoExecutive Enrichment does what its name implies. We “enrich” people, processes and potential in organizations. We have a four-step methodology for our work. First, it all begins with the client. We walk the hallways, episodically talk with staff, administer customized assessment instruments and sit in on regularly scheduled meetings. We become “present” in the client’s sphere of influence so we can effectively use the language and agenda of the organization’s culture. Second, we frame a specific set of goals which, when approved by the client, will become the framework on which we will hang our best practices. Third, we craft a variety of interventions (training, organizational consulting, team-based learning, web educational offerings, etc.) to apply the content and skills we have mastered to the client’s environment. These interventions are determined by a careful balance between the client’s history and the “stretching” we provide into the future. In this stage we execute a precise set of interrelated interventions. Fourth, we provide consulting services prior to, during and at the conclusion of the interventions. Executive Enrichment is constantly asking the client, “Have we accomplished your goals?” This four-part process keeps our calendar full and our clients fulfilled. |
