Dr. Kathy LeMon is a licensed, clinical psychologist in private practice and the staff psychologist for Hammons Heart Institute in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. LeMon received her Doctorate of Psychology degree from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. A frequent presenter at national conferences, Dr. LeMon specializes in stress management, weight management, cardiac health, women's issues in the workplace and also team-presents with her husband, Dr. Cal LeMon, at marriage enrichment workshops for executive level management. Whether in the front of a room or behind the scenes, Dale McCoy brings a wide range of experience and expertise to any project or event. Specializing in the field of Organization and Human Systems Development, Dale moves seamlessly from consulting and coaching to facilitating workshops or delivering keynote presentations. His customized seminars never fail to earn kudos and his tailor-made data-gathering tools have enabled organizations of all stripes to identify and improve performance and results. After managing a multi-million dollar retail sales operation in Los Angeles, CA, for eight years, Dale gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Development Specialist with MCI Telecommunications, and as Training and Development Consultant for Missouri State University's Management Development Institute in the College of Business Administration. Before launching his independent practice in 2001, Dale was Professional Services Manager of Training Development for Ineto, Inc., a start-up customer relations solution company in Austin, Texas. The clients of Executive Enrichment have especially used Dale’s skills in practicing the disciplines of emotional intelligence and as a certified consultant for administering the Myers-Briggs Inventory. Libby Bennett, Psy.D
Dr. Libby Bennett is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice and also serves as adjunct faculty at Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Bennett spent her formative years in Bangladesh and Kenya. This multicultural childhood has made Dr. Bennett especially adept at addressing change management and the attending behavioral challenges. As a certified sex therapist with a book in the final stages of publication, Dr. Bennett also addresses gender, stereotypes and interpersonal respect in the workplace. Her workshops are always described as “interactive, informative, well-researched and punctuated with relaxed, genuine humor.” Dr. Richard Winslow
Dr. Richard Winslow, Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs at William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri, knows the principles and practices of effective leaders. Having earned his doctorate in urban leadership and policies studies and education from the University of Missouri, Dr. Winslow has spent his career developing leaders and assisting both corporate and non-profit clients in developing and cultivating effective organizational cultures. This proven consultant and leadership development specialist has crafted a riveting message that ethical leadership is the ultimate guarantee of a healthy organization and enjoys crafting unique programs focused on building healthy organizations, and creating lasting leadership legacies. Robert King, Psy.D
Dr. Robert King serves as Faculty and Adjunct Faculty to both Executive Enrichment and The School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute. Robert is a Clinical Psychologist and a Consulting Psychologist specializing in individual assessment for selection, development, and succession planning. In addition to his assessment services, he also works one-on-one with leaders to develop and improve job performance. Whether he is presenting relevant topics, working with a business on improving selection for key positions, coaching for performance improvements with leaders, preparing individuals to advance within an organization or helping teams and leaders adjust to changes and new norms, Dr. King is the consummate professional who also communicates empathetic care for those he serves. |
